Return & Refund Policy – Fashion Front

At Fashion Front (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we want you to shop with confidence. If an item does not meet your expectations in terms of size, fit, or quality, you may return it under the conditions below.

1. 14-Day Return Guarantee

You may request a return within 14 days after your package has been delivered.

Customers are allowed to try on and evaluate items as they would in a physical store. This means you may fit and inspect the product to decide whether you want to keep it.

However, items must:

  • Not be worn beyond fitting/testing
  • Be unwashed and free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original condition and packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show clear signs of use beyond normal fitting.

2. Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted if:

  • The size is too small or too large
  • The item does not meet your expectations
  • You are not satisfied with the quality

3. Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Fashion Front is not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned unless faulty:

  • Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards

5. How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Optional reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days after approval
  • Your payment provider may take additional time to finalize the refund

Items returned used beyond normal fitting may receive a partial refund or be refused.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. In such cases, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

8. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.
